For the first time in the history of EVER Kaden and I got to spend several days together without anyone else to bug us.
The girls were off to their own Girl's retreat so Kaden and I started the week making our Funtimes list.
It was SO awesome!
We had such a great week that went by way too fast.
We started the week off going to IHOP for breakfast.
We went to Trafalga and did miniature golfing.
We went bowling and did some games.
On a super duper rainy afternoon we went to the new
BYU Bean Museum with the Shumans.
Kaden took a picture of this bear when he went crawling through a tunnel.
I had a hard time understanding why some of the exhibits at the Bean Museum were so very violent.
Really now.
Do kids need to see this kind of stuff?
Or this type of animal violence?
We also LOVED to record and watch as many of the World Cup games as we could.
He helped me clean out the car...
...then we went to the car wash where Kaden was my #1 best helper ever.
We played a few games too.
The whole week I told Kaden that he was the Man of the House and had to be a gentleman to me. He got all of my doors, served me my food first and was always kissing my hand. He is my favorite boy ever!
I will always love this rare alone time I had with him.
His sisters are always so loud and bossy that it was nice to do what WE wanted to do for once.
Love this kid.
