Uncle Marc saves the day

Jeff had been traveling for work about a million days in a row and he had 2 more weeks of traveling scheduled (including leaving on a Sunday which counts for 5 days right there). He could sense that I was becoming a little emotionally unbalanced and was going to bite him if he told me of even 1 more day of travel. He secretly covered himself by getting my brother Marc a plane ticket to become our surrogate father. That was the right decision. Marc stayed for almost 2 weeks and definitely saved me, helped me tons and was a breath of fresh air for the children. Good job Jeff and Thanks Marc! Marc was around for Halloween which was super fun. He wore our favorite mullet wig to the ward party. Friends from the ward thought they had seen him before but the mullet totally threw them. They would walk past him, say hi with a question mark on their face and then turn around to see who this guy was. Marc milked that for all it was worth.

Marc even joined in the daily playtimes of Kaden and his best buddie J.P. After the first day of playing they had so much fun that J.P. called the next day asking if Marc could play (instead of Kaden).
We loved loved loved having him around. We swore we would make him miss his airplane so he could just live with us but we weakened and took him to catch his plane anyway. Everyday we pray that Marc will make the right choice to come back and live with us. He's our favorite!
