Let me introduce you to Maryn's newest best friend, Maren Elizabeth Parker. Not to be confused with Maryn Elizabeth Slichta. Yes, you heard me correctly. Isn't that the craziest thing ever? Two girls meet on a random youth ballroom dance team and they not only have the same name but the same middle name. Although their birthdays are a few weeks apart they are nothing of the same height. (How did I get such short kids?) But they are silly and cute friends. (do ya like their big fat eyelashes?)
Pacific Ballroom Dance had their annual Harvest Ball, in Tacoma which is their grand fund raising event. It was formal and fun. There was entertainment and a full course meal.

For being such informal people we have had our share of formal events. I always say that I'd rather eat a hot dog on a log than dress up and drink from a goblet. Jeff doesn't mind hob nobbing it with the hoity toitys.
