We miraculously made it to the early morning broadcast of the Tabernacle Choir which was held in the church's Conference Center. It was still decorated for Christmas and looked amazing! Poor Kaden and Emmy couldn't actually be in the main hall to see the choir but fortunately Cathy sat with them in the "kid's room." She and Uncle Wes were there for the callings they each have with the choir.
Does anybody recognize this? It was breathtaking. I don't care... no matter how many times you watch the Tabernacle Choir on t.v. or listen to their C.D.'s there is nothing like being there in person. Or no matter how many times you see the Conference Center on t.v. it is HUGE in person. My favorite part is at the very end of ALL of their broadcasts when the cameras go off the whole choir and orchestra turns out to the audience and sings, "God Be With You 'Til We Meet Again." WOW! It always gives me the chills. Great experience for the kids and us. It was all just fabulous!
