Kaden is doing awesome on the guitar but he's been having fun picking out his guitar pieces on Emmy's harp. In fact when friends come over and ask him to play his guitar for them he says, "no! but I'll play Emmy's harp for you."

Bubba left us again!
This time he went to Seattle....just 2 years too late for us to enjoy him there.
This was our farewell hug with him; a big pile on the floor! He's a barrel of parties when we're together so we are going to miss him a lot!

She was wanting braces so badly, hating the way her teeth looked and hoping that by getting them at the beginning of the summer it would be that much less of school time to endure braces. Plus, at 13 everybody has them.

We got a call while we were at the orthodontist that the Craguns were coming through town and having lunch at Chick fila' and did we want to meet them there for lunch. Of course! It would be the last time that we'd see them before they went to live in England for 3 years.
Tears to say good-bye to them. We actually only were friends, in the same ward for 6 months 20 years ago. Just goes to show that any great friendship can endure continents and time zones if you put forth a little effort. They are totally worth it!
