Bluffdale's VERY Live Nativity

Our stake did it's first ever Live Nativity.
I was asked to be a representative from our Stake (combined with the other Bluffdale Stake) to organize all the hundreds of volunteers for the 3 nights.
This Nativity was put on by 1 man who had done it for years in Draper, he moved to Bluffdale so we got the blessing of his talents and experience.  He started setting up after Halloween at the park by the Stake Center.
This was the "livest" of live Nativities that I've ever seen.  The wait to get in was looooong.  The hours were from 6-9.  I took my kids at 8:45 so we could hit the tail end of it and we still had to wait in line for an hour.  But the wait was totally worth it.  We felt like we had been transported back to Bethlehem.  There was a very reverent feeling over the whole production.
Isaiah.
Three wisemen looking at the stars.
sheep.
camel.
We got to pet everything.
Llama.
Dwarf goats.
A merchant inside the city.
A pottery man in the city.
Jana and Jeff Christensen as basket people.

Bishop Boxall as the inkeeper.
So much more.
Baby Jesus.
He was a bit tired at the end of the night.
(all the babies that played baby Jesus were 1 month old or younger.)
Now we are ready for Christmas.
The End.
