Adyson celebrated that one birthday where you forever have 2 digits representing your age. And the only birthday where you can use all of your fingers on both of your hands to show your age. Can you guess how old she is?
Adyson is our sweet-as-sugar girl. Her Precious Moments face goes right along with her Tinkerbell voice. And the greatest part about her is that she has the character and disposition to match her cuteness. When I asked the family what words describe Ady they said, cute, love able, thoughtful, caring, creative.
*She has to pick out her clothes the night before school because she is meticulous about how she looks. It takes her forever to get dressed. She loves clothes. She loves to pick out clothes for others. On Sunday we all let her pick out our outfits. She's in heaven.
*Ady checks out books from the school library. They aren't books for her but for Kaden on cars, motorcycles and animals and sports.
*At bedtime Ady can't go to sleep unless she has a barricade enclosed around her with pillows. She's on the bottom bunk which helps her feel like she's in a cave. She likes to be snugly. She also loves to be tickled and tucked into bed each night.
Her favorites:
Food: watermelon
Free time: watch t.v. (we need to work on that one.)
snack: ice cream
color: pink, green and blue
recess activity: handball
She couldn't think of any more favorites.
*She loves gymnastics. Her cute, tight, little body makes many girls jealous as their long legs and gangly arms try to flip over the vault or cartwheel on the beam. Ady is a natural. Her coaches at the gym all tell her that she is competition quality and see huge potential with her. She was asked to try out for the pre team and... she made it which will give us a good idea whether she is really wanting to go all the way with gymnastics or not. (or whether her mother is capable of driving her to the gym 3 times a week for 2 1/2 hours) We're proud of her!!
*Adyson's piano teacher loves how hard she works. She has progressed along so fast this past year. She actually just finished learning a Grieg piece that I learned when I was in High School. Her teacher always tells her that he wishes all his students were like her.
WE LOVE ADY!!
We made a french toast casserole for breakfast. It was good but not so good that we'll make it for next years birthday.

Once again, per Ady's request we had a fruit salad in a watermelon for dinner along with homemade pizza.
Ady's big, open mouth happy smile shows her delight with her gifts. The biggie was her being registered for the BYU gymnastics camp for a week during the summer. She got some clothes, cute Apron and cooking mixes from Mathesons and Shumans, gift cards from Slichtas, leotards and clothes. Who could ask for more?
Crepes for dessert!
Marc was here for a week. It was fun to have him around for the celebrations too.
