Spring Break to Ut-ah-ah-ah-ah

Holy Hannah! I don't know why when we go to Utah we take a gazillion pictures. I am posting but a small taste of the good ones. Get ready to cruise on through these... I'll attempt to be brief with my words in the process.
Spencer is so yummy!
Maryn and Grandpa had breakfast out together one day. They continued to have special meetings throughout the week that included a secret "deal" and a very high dollar amount. Hmmmmm.
Kaden was the most excited to be with Uncle Marc.
Anyone who's ever gone to BYU knows this sculpture. At our tour of the Art Museum I had to have a moment of silence with my children.
Have you ever heard of the Dinosaur museum across the street from the BYU Stadium? Us neither, but ya gotta go and see it.

On April Fool's Day we woke up and saw that Mother Nature left us a big joke!
At 2 years old Spencer is the best swimmer. We went to one of his swimming lesson and were able to swim a bit after.

Ady being a chicken in her flippers.
We had a short but super visit with our greatest friends, the Christensens.
Me with my hero, Jana!
I started making our tradition Easter Rice Krispy treats that we shape into eggs and stick M&M's in. When it was time to shape the treats into eggs, everyone dogged me. So, me and Dad had our own traditional Easter moment together.
As soon as we knew we were going to Utah for Spring Break all Kaden could talk about was going bowling. He woke up talking about it every day. Before we even got there he had the line-up of when everyone would bowl. He was first and Marc was second. With one day left and hardly any free time we HAD to squeeze a quickie bowling trip in with the whole group. Kaden was the happiest.
For some reason when Grandma makes spaghetti for dinner my girls think it's "game time." They assume Grandma is wanting to have some creative fun with our eating. Before we could set the table Maryn and Ady had the table set with plastic wrap and had our aprons draped on the chairs. We all agreed to do our no dishes spaghetti dinner since no one had the energy to do dishes anyway.

Marty and Marjorie (or Marjorie and Marjorie as Kaden calls them) had the kids over for games, food and a sleepover. It was nothing but silliness and funtimes that everyone else missed out on.

We had the most freezing cold Easter Egg hunt in Provo.

The highlight of the trip was having Grandma getting stuck in the bathroom. While Grandpa was working to take the door off the hinges we sang Primary songs to Grandma through the window and talked her through breathing techniques.
Coloring Easter Eggs.
Ady made a "grandma" Easter egg.
The men were off to the Priesthood Session of Conference.
The Johnson girls came over to have our "girls night out." Marielle and Shaylee joined the party too. We made Marianne a baby quilt. Maryn and Ady hogged the 2 babies all night long.

Eleven children. 2 boys. 9 girls. Lots of nail polishing and dressing up.
With all those girls around Spencer had not choice but to dress up. Can you see that he got tricked into getting his nails painted too?
These 3 boys engaged themselves in the very diabolical game called "Risk." I would have no part in it... causes nothing but contention. They loved it enough to play into the wee hours of the morning... must be a guy thing.
Happy Easter. Nothing like making a snowman on Easter morning.

How fun. It's great to be with family. I'm glad you were able to go. I can't believe you didn't go to the Israel get together though.
