HOW?

I am not smart on the computer at all. I try and I pretend and I love it when I figure out something... I would love to take a computer course if it wouldn't bore me to death. I would, however appreciate it much more if someone could just come over to my house for 1 hour and walk me through a bunch of questions that I have. I would give you a cookie! My first question is HOW do you make our family picture smaller??? I have already clicked the button that says, "shrink to fit" so now what? Please respond ASAP because I can't stand looking at our gigantic faces. Thanks in advance.
